I was conducting an on-line search for a particular year & model of sports car. My search led me to United Auto Sales, Inc., in Delaware. I am located in North Carolina. I reached out via email to this dealer regarding the vehicle and was contacted via telephone message shortly thereafter. The website advertised "no haggle" sales and clean low mileage vehicles - I found both to be true. After several conversations via telephone, I decided to purchase the vehicle based on on-line visuals only! I was a "little" concerned...over the years I have experienced both good and bad encounters with car dealers. Well, I can state that this was the most pleasant experience I've had. I worked mostly with Ron but Brian was also very helpful. Ron conducted an audio visual walk-a-round and provided me with pictures of the vehicle being loaded for transport, The vehicle arrived at my door the next morning, with no nicks or scrapes with all required dealer paperwork inside...amazing!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer and I would purchase vehicles from them again!!!
